Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
ClipFarm is a private application used only by its owner to manage the owner's own YouTube channels. This policy explains what it does with data from Google and YouTube.
Data it accesses
- YouTube account information: channel name, channel ID and thumbnail of the channels you sign in with.
- Uploads: the videos, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails ClipFarm publishes for you.
- YouTube Analytics: views, watch time, average percentage viewed, engaged views, likes, comments, shares and subscribers gained, for the videos ClipFarm uploaded.
How it is used
The data is used only to publish videos to your channels, show their status and results in ClipFarm, and choose how future videos are made. It is not used for advertising and is not sold, rented or shared with anyone.
Where it is stored
Sign-in tokens and analytics numbers are stored only on the computer that runs ClipFarm. Text from video titles and performance summaries may be sent to AI services (Google Gemini, Cloudflare Workers AI) solely to write and improve the owner's own videos.
Google API Services
ClipFarm's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. ClipFarm uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access and data
You can revoke ClipFarm's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or with "Disconnect" in ClipFarm, which deletes the stored sign-in token. Stored analytics are deleted when the channel is removed from ClipFarm, and within 30 days of a request to the contact below.
